CRM stands for customer relationship management. It is defined as a process of interacting with the customers from different communication channel. It is an approach where the behavior and needs of the consumers is known by coming into contact with them through different online and offline platforms which ultimately leads to customer retention. In this study discussion about how CRM impact customer retention has been covered. Secondary data was used to justify the analysis with items referring to customer relationship management, customer retention, practices, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The conclusion of the study observed that customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty have significant effect on customer retention. CRM have a positive impact on customer retention. If all the organizations and firms timely and accurately observe CRM, greater retention and loyalty will be created among customers.

Introduction: Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension come from any event or throughout that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Pranayama is a practice of breath regulation. The Study was conducted to assess the effect of pranayama to relieve this stress among the people in selected areas of Ahmadabad. Method: A pre experimental research approach was used to conduct this study to assess the effect of pranayama on relieving this stress Investigator will adopt the purpose of sampling technique to select the sample who met criteria for sample selection. The sample was selected by purposive sampling technique. Perceived stress scale was used to assess this stress level among the people. The pre test conducted by using PSS scale and divided the sample into three categories according to their score Then treatment provided through the pranayama to the sample for 15 days after the treatment the samples are going under the post test. Result: The mean score of 21.13 of pre-test was decreased to 14.33 in post test after providing the pranayama. The value of paired t test was found to be 0.5 for this study. Conclusion: According to findings of the present study it was concluded that the pranayama reduce the stress but does not relieve this stress.

This research paper interrogates the transformative role of Mahesh Dattani in reshaping the landscape of Indian English Drama. Unlike his predecessors who largely dwelt on historical, mythological, or rural themes, Dattani brings the urban Indian experience to centre stage, utilizing theatre as a sociological laboratory to examine the fissures of modern society. Through a detailed textual analysis of his seminal plays, Dance Like a Man and Final Solutions, alongside references to Tara and Bravely Fought the Queen, this study explores how Dattani deconstructs hegemonic masculinity, communal intolerance, and the silence surrounding marginalized identities. Drawing upon secondary sources and scholarly commentaries, the paper demonstrates that Dattani's dramaturgy--characterized by a unique blend of Western stagecraft and Indian sensibility--transcends entertainment to become a potent vehicle for social critique. By validating Indian English as a natural medium of expression and tackling taboo subjects such as gender performativity and religious fanaticism, Dattani has effectively liberated Indian English Drama from its post-colonial constraints, establishing an authentic and globally resonant theatrical voice.

Crop prediction is a critical component of modern agriculture, enabling farmers to make informed decisions about crop selection and cultivation practices. Machine learning techniques have revolutionized this process by leveraging historical data, weather patterns, and various environmental factors to predict the most suitable crops for a given region. The proposed system begins with the collection of comprehensive data, including historical crop yields, weather conditions, soil properties, and geographic information for a specific area Machine learning algorithms such as SVM, Random Forests and KNN are indispensable tools in the realm of agriculture. By analysing vast datasets, these models contribute to informed decision-making, helping farmers choose the most suitable crop varieties for future cultivation based on a comprehensive understanding of the underlying patterns and relationships in the data.

This paper describes the characterization and modulation of photophysical properties of fluorescent molecules in micellar systems. In the introduction part of the thesis, detailed information about different photophysical and photochemical processes of molecules and the structure of micelles is provided. The scope of the present study is briefed by stating the research gap and the work done in this thesis. The materials, methods and instruments used in the present study are also explained. This study is of interest because knowledge of dipole moments is useful in extracting parameters like polarizability in non-linear optical materials, understanding nature of the emitting state and determining the tunability of the emission energy as a function of the medium. There are various techniques available for estimation of ground state and excited state dipole moments of organic molecules. Here, in this study, the solvatochromic method and quantum chemical calculations are employed for estimating the ground and excited state dipole moments of different Quinine Sulfate (QS) and Quinidine (QD) species. These molecules are very sensitive to surrounding solvent, we have estimated dipole moments of these molecules in different forms using solvatochromic shift method and found higher dipole moment in the excited state compared to the ground state.
