The very title of novel The Serpent of the Rope alludes to Sri Sankaracharya's non-dualististic philosophy and the analogies of the serpent and the rope, embodying respectively the illusion and the reality are derived from his famous Bhashya of the Brahma Sutras of Baddarayan in his he has elaborated his philosophy. The epigraph to the novel is significant: "Waves are nothing but water.

Object identification is a central problem in computer vision to detect and locate objects of interest in photos and movies. CNNs, a class of deep learning models, have recently revolutionized the field of object identification with their incredible accuracy. ResNet50 has proven to be a powerful framework for identifying object tasks for these models. The object identification studies in this publication use the ResNet50 model. The ResNet50 architecture is a modification of the ResNet model that uses hopping connections to overcome the degradation problem of deep-connection neural networks. ResNet50 solves the vanishing gradient problem by providing residual connections that allow training of deeper networks while preserving improved gradient flow. The goal of this project is to explore ResNet50's ability to locate and recognize elements in complex environments. The collection of photos used for evaluation includes different scales, occlusions, and object classifications. A large labeled COCO dataset with annotation bounds for each instance of each element is used to train the ResNet50 model. This study also explores how model settings and hyperparameter values affect the effectiveness of ResNet50. Investigate how to optimize your model, speed up inference, and improve computational efficiency.

The purpose of the study Assess the level of Sports Competitive Anxiety between Vidhya Mandir School boys and girls players of Volleyball of Uttar Pradesh : A Comparative Study. Methodology: Total 34 players (17 male and 17 female) were randomly selected for the study. Age range 19 were selected. To measure the Sports Competition Anxiety Test (Raniner Marten, 1990) was used. Descriptive statistics mean, standard Deviation (SD) and Independent t-test was administrated which gives whether there is a difference between the groups. Result and discussion On the basis of the findings we can conclude that there is no significant difference in Sports Competition Anxiety within Vidhya Mandir School players of Uttar Pradesh of volleyball.

Social ,Emotional development is an educational movement that is gaining ground throughout the world. We can define Social ,Emotional development as the ability to recognize and manage feelings of love, hate, fear, etc., solve problems effectively, and establish positive relationships with others. Research has showed the a big role of Social ,Emotional development in showing in a good way healthy student development and Academic Achievement. A huge amount of research confirms that SE abilities: can be taught, that they help increase positive development and reduce problem in behaviors, and that they improve students' behavior .This study aims to identify SEL development in Indian schools in. relation to their Academic Achievement. Comparisons of demographic characteristics with independent variables i.e. social ability, emotional ability, and dependent variable i.e. academic achievement of secondary school students. The researches adopted the survey method of research to study the social, emotional development of secondary school students in relation to their Academic Achievement in Karnataka with reference to Koppal district. The researcher used stratified Random sampling technique for selecting the sample from the 1400 population. The stratification will be done on the basis of gender and locality of students. The sample consists of government aided and private school students from the schools in Koppal district.

The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on algorithmic trading. Given the complexity of modern markets, it is near impossible to isolate the impact of individual market participants due to the countless interactions/trades that occur throughout the market's lifespan. The scope of this paper is to address the new emerging as well as existing techniques of AI in algorithmic trading. This paper tries to understand the impact of AI on algorithmic trading using observations and results from the research conducted. This paper broadly covers the types of trading and advantages of algorithmic trading. It also explains how AI has been implemented in algorithmic trading techniques to enhance the profit making model. In the due course, various AI techniques have been explained which has provided an insight to AI readers about how complex and simple AI techniques have been helpful to predict the financial markets. Quantitative momentum investment strategies were first brought to the forefront in 1994 by Jegadeesh and Titman, who showed the efficacy of relative strength in the United States. A few years later, in 1997, Hsu, Myers, and Baesel conducted a study to test whether a simple moving average strategy would result in abnormal returns after transaction costs [1]. The results of the study, as expected, strongly suggested that the performance of these investment strategies was dependent on the frequency at which the portfolios are rebalanced. Given that moving average rules are trend-following in nature and are best suited for trending markets. These strategies differ greatly from the more traditional ones used by pension funds, in that they typically seek to produce returns that are uncorrelated with the major asset classes, with moderate to high levels of risk[1,2]. With the success of these strategies, a framework for evaluating and comparing quantitative investment strategies is imperative to provide the basis for selecting between them.

In order to ensure that medical services are delivered effectively and efficiently and to ensure employee satisfaction, human resource management is essential in healthcare institutions. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how human resources management practices affect healthcare organisations in terms of service quality and patient happiness, after staff satisfaction. The goal of human resource management, or HRM for short, is to optimise employee performance in the workplace. HR is generally focused on processes and policies and is concerned with how people are handled inside organisations. Organisations' human resource departments and divisions are normally in charge of several tasks, such as hiring new employees, providing training and development opportunities, evaluating employee performance, and compensating staff (by overseeing pay and benefit plans, for example). Industrial relations, or the balance of organisational practices with restrictions resulting from collective bargaining and governmental laws, is another area of importance for HR. The human relations movement of the early 20th century gave rise to HR, when scholars started recording methods of generating economic value via the strategic management of labour forces. To create new policies, more research and a renewed emphasis on human resources management in the healthcare industry are required. To improve health care outcomes and access globally, effective human resources management solutions are crucial.

Over the past four years, the GER has been steadily increasing, with a significant increase for both boys and girls. The objectives include to study the current status of Gross Enrolment Rate in Jharkhand at elementary level and study about the programmes run by the different government. The central government has implemented various programmess to enhance school education and these initiatives have not only improve the status of school education but also improved the condition of hunger, promoted social and intellectual exchange, and combat gender stereotypes, ensuring equal access to education for all children. In 2018-19, the GER for boys was 81.3%, while for girls it was 75.2%. In 2021-22, the GER for boys was 89.8%, and for girls it was 86.6%. The gender disparity in GER has narrowed over time, with females showing a slightly higher GER compared to males. In the upper primary level, the GER for boys was 81.3%, while for girls it was 85.2%. In 2021-22, the GER for males was 88.0%, while for females it was 89.8%. The GER in Jharkhand has fluctuated at both primary and higher primary levels.
