It is admirable that the ever-growing technology can bring about new changes in the healthcare sector. The persons with disabilities are always facing barriers in accessing the basic services, these barriers can be effectively addressed through advanced technologies like IoT. By taking these possibilities of technology, a wheelchair is developed that will be beneficial to mankind. Here an accelerometer sensor is used, which gives the analog signal according to the tilt of the accelerometer in x (x positive axis, x negative axis) and y (y positive axis, y negative axis) direction and RF module is used to transmit the signal from the transmitter section to receiver section then the movement of the wheel is controlled. Wheelchairs are essential for the elderly and disabled to move from one place to another. But it requires the help of others to control it, and this is where hand gesture-controlled wheelchairs come in handy where it can aid the disabled and control the direction by using simple gesture movements.

Since last 8 years PMJDY scheme rapidly expanded in India. This scheme provides an easy way to increase the accessibility and availability of financial services such as bank accounts, remittances, credit, insurance, and pensions for all small and marginal sections of society. The government always focuses on very concerted efforts to achieve financial inclusion through the PMJDY account. Its primary goal is to make it easier for Indians to access various bank services. This paper looks into the present scenario of the PMJDY scheme in India. This study is based on secondary sources of data. For the analysis of the data, simple descriptive statistics and a column diagram and table are used. It has been discovered that the government is making concentrated efforts to offer banking services to low-income households and rural communities. Maintaining the accounts' activity and functionality is the most crucial test the PMJDY must pass. A large number of accounts being opened in no way indicate that the strategy is successful or that more people are using financial services. Regional rural bank account holders are primarily from rural areas. The regional rural bank ATM has the highest concentration in semi-urban areas. The use of digital payments, particularly RuPay debit card usage, among PMJDY accountholders. Facilitating account holders' access to microcredit and microinvestments through flexible recurring deposits.

Human resources in a company will not be separated from leaders and employees. The leadership style implemented in the company contributes greatly to the sustainability and well-being of employees. The running of a company's business is influenced by 10% of corporate leaders (Zenger & Folkman, 2003), and the wise decisions taken by that group have a great impact on the human resources in it and the management function of the organization (Rad, 2006). Employees who are in companies with good corporate leadership based on research conducted by Palupi (2017) have a positive correlation with employee satisfaction levels because the right organization is formed for the scope of employees (Timmreck, 2001). This model was developed in order to study employee loyalty at PT.X. This research model is formed by the relationship between job satisfaction and loyalty, with satisfaction variables influenced by the variables corporate image, corporate leadership, immediate manager, cooperation, and condition of work. This research is expected to answer research questions, namely, whether corporate image, corporate leadership, immediate managers, cooperation, and condition of work have a significant effect on satisfaction and their effect on loyalty to marketing dept employees at PT. X. Based on the data processing that has been carried out, the results of 5 hypotheses were accepted and one hypothesis was rejected. There is a significant influence between corporate image, immediate manager, cooperation, and condition of work on job satisfaction, the same on the effect of job satisfaction on loyalty. Meanwhile, an insignificant influence occurs on corporate leadership with job satisfaction.

As they build the society and nation of the future, young people are an asset for developing nations like India. Students are increasingly relying on social media platforms for their formal and informal interactions with their schools, families, society, and friends as a result of the global COVID-19 lockdown that has been in effect for the past few years. Due to the prevalence of new virus variants, the threat of a pandemic has not been eliminated, even though we have emerged from it. Online interactions lack some of the hidden curriculum's values because they are limited in their ability to be made. Moral development requires children to be able to tell the difference between right and wrong and to be free to act in a way that is right for them. India has a very long cultural history from which society can learn a lot about life and its values. Although educational institutions are getting back on track, more and more unethical behavior is still happening, which is a problem for society. The government has taken the NEP 2020 and IKS initiatives to create a society with more values. Although a number of studies have been conducted to improve students' moral and spiritual values, we still lack implementation because it is so important for teachers to instill values and culture in their students. This study was done in a school in Delhi to find out what was causing students to be more immoral and how to fix it. 100 secondary school students were selected at random for the study's sample. A morality questionnaire and personality test based on hereditary and environmental factors were used to collect the data. Personal interviews with secondary school students were followed by descriptive statical analysis. According to the findings, youth moral atrophy was on the rise, but it can be reversed with the right advice and guidance. Values can be taught to students through curriculum, and they should be a part of their daily routine. Our ancient Guru-Sisya Parampara and Indian Knowledge system which has numerous suggestive and proven methods can be used to teach moral values and incorporate universal values in students.

This study tries to explore the opinion of women leaders about their most preferred leadership attributes. The sample selected for this study includes women leaders from corporate sector and successful women entrepreneurs. A sample size of 30 women was selected randomly and the questionnaire was administrated to them. The selected sample belongs to different hierarchy and different age group of women. The questionnaire was divided into two parts. First part focus on the demographic profile of the respondents such as type of organization, marital status, age, experience etc. the second part consists of statements related to the competencies required for a successful leader. The results shows that the most important competency preferred by majority of the women leaders is transformational leadership, followed by confidence. The competencies identified in this study indicate that women leaders to be successful, need to evaluate the traditional leadership behavior exhibited by the male leaders. They can excel by adopting the contemporary competencies like resilience, empathy and emotional intelligence coupled with confidence in self and confidence in others.

Purpose of this study is to determine the challenges families facing in the churches in Bangalore about family counselling and provide appropriate resources to reduce or remove those issues families facing. A self-prepared structured closed ended questionnaire was employed for this study to collect the data of 100 families in the churches in Bangalore. The quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS 16 application. Various challenges of family were identified. Data evidently revealed that perception of the pastoral ministry in family counselling is by and large is negative. Families are not satisfied by the pastoral care for the families given by the pastors. Hence, resources are essential to equip the families in the church with the appropriate skills so that families can maximize growing as healthy families in the community life of the church.

The drought condition of Jhunjhunu area in Rajasthan and copper toxicity combination causes high stress conditions in plant morphology. The medicinal plants in this region get deprived of photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll contents. Examples are Aloe vera, Cactus, Fumaria parviflora, etc. the heavy metal concentration like copper contents cause difference in root length and decrease root elongation. They also reduce uptake of minerals from soil and increase toxicity in plant species. There also increases metabolic disorders in plant cells. The productivity of medicinal plants decreases and exploitation of soil region also occurs due to drought stress in this region.
