As they build the society and nation of the future, young people are an asset for developing nations like India. Students are increasingly relying on social media platforms for their formal and informal interactions with their schools, families, society, and friends as a result of the global COVID-19 lockdown that has been in effect for the past few years. Due to the prevalence of new virus variants, the threat of a pandemic has not been eliminated, even though we have emerged from it. Online interactions lack some of the hidden curriculum's values because they are limited in their ability to be made. Moral development requires children to be able to tell the difference between right and wrong and to be free to act in a way that is right for them. India has a very long cultural history from which society can learn a lot about life and its values. Although educational institutions are getting back on track, more and more unethical behavior is still happening, which is a problem for society. The government has taken the NEP 2020 and IKS initiatives to create a society with more values. Although a number of studies have been conducted to improve students' moral and spiritual values, we still lack implementation because it is so important for teachers to instill values and culture in their students. This study was done in a school in Delhi to find out what was causing students to be more immoral and how to fix it. 100 secondary school students were selected at random for the study's sample. A morality questionnaire and personality test based on hereditary and environmental factors were used to collect the data. Personal interviews with secondary school students were followed by descriptive statical analysis. According to the findings, youth moral atrophy was on the rise, but it can be reversed with the right advice and guidance. Values can be taught to students through curriculum, and they should be a part of their daily routine. Our ancient Guru-Sisya Parampara and Indian Knowledge system which has numerous suggestive and proven methods can be used to teach moral values and incorporate universal values in students.

This study tries to explore the opinion of women leaders about their most preferred leadership attributes. The sample selected for this study includes women leaders from corporate sector and successful women entrepreneurs. A sample size of 30 women was selected randomly and the questionnaire was administrated to them. The selected sample belongs to different hierarchy and different age group of women. The questionnaire was divided into two parts. First part focus on the demographic profile of the respondents such as type of organization, marital status, age, experience etc. the second part consists of statements related to the competencies required for a successful leader. The results shows that the most important competency preferred by majority of the women leaders is transformational leadership, followed by confidence. The competencies identified in this study indicate that women leaders to be successful, need to evaluate the traditional leadership behavior exhibited by the male leaders. They can excel by adopting the contemporary competencies like resilience, empathy and emotional intelligence coupled with confidence in self and confidence in others.

Purpose of this study is to determine the challenges families facing in the churches in Bangalore about family counselling and provide appropriate resources to reduce or remove those issues families facing. A self-prepared structured closed ended questionnaire was employed for this study to collect the data of 100 families in the churches in Bangalore. The quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS 16 application. Various challenges of family were identified. Data evidently revealed that perception of the pastoral ministry in family counselling is by and large is negative. Families are not satisfied by the pastoral care for the families given by the pastors. Hence, resources are essential to equip the families in the church with the appropriate skills so that families can maximize growing as healthy families in the community life of the church.

The drought condition of Jhunjhunu area in Rajasthan and copper toxicity combination causes high stress conditions in plant morphology. The medicinal plants in this region get deprived of photosynthetic pigments and chlorophyll contents. Examples are Aloe vera, Cactus, Fumaria parviflora, etc. the heavy metal concentration like copper contents cause difference in root length and decrease root elongation. They also reduce uptake of minerals from soil and increase toxicity in plant species. There also increases metabolic disorders in plant cells. The productivity of medicinal plants decreases and exploitation of soil region also occurs due to drought stress in this region.

Pulp & Paper Mill effluent is deadly toxic and the effluent is directly discharged without biological treatment into River Nagavalli. The main objective of the study was to assess pollution status at Chandilli village caused by the effluent of the paper mill: its impact on the pigment content and production of crop plants. The effluent contaminated river water contained significant quantity of heavy metals. Significant amount of Cd, Hg and Pb was found in the crop field soil and water. Residual cadmium, mercury and lead were found in the crop field inhabiting important economic and non-economic plants. Significant depletion of plant pigment content was recorded in all exposed plants of the crop field tested. The observed effects were only due to the heavy metal accumulation in the leaves of the crop plants. Ragi plants showed highest accumulation of heavy metals and the impact was least on the pigment content when compared to other crop plants tested. Out of all crop plants tested, ragi crop plant was more tolerant when compared to rice, green gram & black gram crop plants.

COVID-19 is a severe respiratory disease caused by a newly identified human coronavirus (HCoV) and severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). The virus was first discovered in December 2019, in China, and in march 2020, World Health Organization (WHO) declared it a global pandemic due to its wide spreading. Patients who are recovered from covid-19 are experiencing post-covid complications. The majority of people experience pulmonary, hematological, neurological, and cardiac-related complications. In this review, an overview of post-covid complications and their management was explained.
