The topic selected for this purpose is "Role of Gender, School Type and Teaching Experience on Academic Performance of Schools Perceived by Secondary School Teachers" The objectives of the study is to find out the difference in the Academic Performance of secondary school teachers based on gender, School Type and teaching experience. The Academic Performance studied as dependent variable, gender, School Type and teaching experience considered as background variables. Descriptive Survey method was followed. Stratified Random Sampling technique was used for the selection of 100 secondary school teachers from 10 secondary schools situated in Bengaluru Urban District, Karnataka. Academic Performance Scale (APS): Academic Performance Scale was developed and standardized by researcher (2023) was used to identify the academic performance perceived by teachers. In order to achieve the objectives and hypotheses of the study various statistical analysis was performed such as mean, standard deviation, independent t-test. In all the cases 0.05 level was fixed to test the hypotheses. Gender plays a significant role in shaping teachers' perceptions of academic performance. These findings align with previous research indicating that leadership styles and perceptions can vary based on the gender of school leaders. The study suggests that addressing this gender-related difference in academic performance perceptions is essential for creating a more equitable and supportive educational environment. The teaching experience is a significant factor in shaping teachers' perceptions of academic performance. More experienced teachers tend to have more positive perceptions, which suggest a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to academic success. Teaching experience matters in how teachers perceive the academic performance of their schools.

The city has long served as a dynamic site of representation in Indian English fiction, embodying both the promise of modernity and the anxieties of displacement, fragmentation, and cultural negotiation. In contemporary narratives, urban spaces emerge not merely as backdrops but as active agents shaping identities, relationships, and socio-political discourses. Writers engage with the complexities of migration, globalization, class disparity, gender politics, and the contested notions of belonging in metropolitan settings such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Kolkata. The cityscape is portrayed as a hybrid space where tradition encounters modernity, local collides with global, and the material realities of aspiration and alienation coexist. This paper seeks to examine how contemporary Indian English fiction constructs, critiques, and reimagines urban experience, foregrounding the city as a metaphor for the changing contours of Indian society in the 21st century.

The cases in the Court of Law are getting piled up every day, the judiciary is overburdened and according to statistics about 45 million cases are pending before the Courts to decide. Former Chief Justice of India (CJI) N.V Ramana while speaking earlier at the India-Singapore mediation Summit said that "Disputes were often resolved by the chieftains or elders of the community. Similarly, disputes relating to business were resolved by merchants, either by direct negotiations or through merchant bodies. However, the establishment of the British court's system, in 1775, marked the erosion of community-based indigenous dispute resolution mechanisms in India." The former CJI emphasized a system wherein mediation is the first mandatory system before approaching the Courts. India since time immemorial has had traditional conflict resolution mechanisms, as one can witness in epics like Mahabharat and Ramayana. Alternate Dispute Resolution methods are cost and time efficient and resolve the methods amicably without creating enmity among the parties. The globe is home to many cultures and each of these has its unique indigenous method of resolving the dispute. The formal court system came into existence many centuries after humanity came into existence, earlier the communities used to follow their own traditional methods to settle disputes. These traditional methods of conflict resolution can aid the formal system of adjudication, as the one who settles the dispute in a traditional system is better able to understand the culture and beliefs of the people, but these traditional methods of conflict resolution can be used after certain modifications are incorporated in these systems to make it more impartial and efficient.

The primary tasks of an aircraft's structure are to transmit and resist applied loads; to give an aerodynamic form; and to protect passengers, payload systems, and other components from the ambient conditions encountered during flight. Most airplanes are designed with thin shell structures, with the outside surface or skin supported by longitudinal stiffening members and transverse frames to resist bending, compressive, and torsional stresses without buckling. Such structures are known as semi-monocoques, whereas thin shells that rely solely on their skins for load resistance are known as monocoques.

Due to advances in automotive technology, greater interest has been developed in the design of lightweight and cost-effective vehicle components to meet the vehicle design requirements and to improve the cost and fuel efficiency. In this research, new nature-inspired metaheuristic algorithm, called the Cuckoo Search Algorithm (CS) algorithm is applied for the design optimization of automotive composite drive shaft and it is found that better results can be obtained. Thus, CS is a suitable optimization method for obtaining the best solution for the structural design optimization problems and light vehicle designs

This paper introduces a GSM-based border security system that integrates Raspberry Pi, Arduino Uno, and machine learning algorithms to enhance surveillance and threat detection along border areas. The system relies on cameras as primary input devices, with video feeds processed in real time by the Raspberry Pi. Advanced machine learning algorithms analyze the visual data, accurately detecting and classifying unauthorized activities or intrusions. The Arduino Uno manages hardware-level operations and facilitates communication between system components. Upon detecting a potential security breach, the system activates an alert mechanism. A GSM module transmits instant notifications--including images, video evidence, and location details--to border security personnel, ensuring a swift response and reducing the need for human intervention. This proposed solution is cost-effective, scalable, and fully automated, improving situational awareness and reinforcing national security infrastructure by integrating machine learning with GSM communication and embedded hardware.

The positive attitude of women towards hysterectomy prevents many Physical, psychological and social complication, which is possible only with adequate knowledge regarding the causes and consequences of hysterectomy. Post-operative knowledge is very essential to the clients who are posted for surgery. Adequate information is very helpful to prevent post-operative complication by following proper self-care activities. Hysterectomy is a subject where women need more information because it is still a sort of taboo. May of the complications and psychological disturbances of the women with hysterectomy is mostly myths rather than realities. Methodology: An evaluative research approach with one group pre-test, post-test design was used for the study. The sample was consisting of 60 hysterectomy women who are admitted in the Gynaecology ward after of the surgery. They were chosen by Non probability convenience sampling technique. The study was conducted at Bhandari hospital, Sri Aurobindo Hospital, keep safe hospital, Asha deep hospital, prime care hospital, Apollo hospital, Indore. Result :the present study Further to know the statistically significance between pre-test and post-test knowledge score 't' test was computed. The 't' test value ('t'= 27.01 p<0.05) showed that there was a highly significant difference between pre-test and post-test knowledge score. Mean practice score of post operatively hysterectomy women in pre test was 8.5. The gain in knowledge score had highlighted by mean score of post operatively hysterectomy women that was measured after administration of planned teaching programme .Conclusion :It is statistically proved and concluded that the planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding post operative self care activities, is highly effective for improving the knowledge score of post operative hysterectomy women .

The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has played a pivptall role in advancing the Indian economy. Before independence, its contributions were informal and unstructured, whereas, in the post-independence era, it has functioned in an organized and systematic manner. Established as a statutory body in 1956 under an Act of Parliament, KVIC began operations in 1957 as the apex national organization for promoting Khadi and Village Industries in rural areas. It took over the responsibilities of the All India Khadi and Village Industries Board and has since operated as a premier institution committed to generating employment opportunities in rural regions through the production of Khadi and Village Industries. KVIC aims to provide financial support to rural artisans, helping them preserve and develop their skills to produce marketable goods and services, thereby contributing to household income. Since its inception, KVIC has been dedicated to fostering rural development across India.
