India is today well thought-out as one of the youngest nations in the world. With the ingress of the Gen Y/millennial/Google generation in the workforce, digital skill provides excess of employment opportunities. The future work place will be occupied by the multi-skilled character who would be infatuated with the variety of knowledge, skills and attitudes and they will demand the fair worth for their these skills and knowledge, Generation Y have far above the ground expectations about consumer interfaces and are confident in their skills, but theyre error prone and their affinity to multitask reduces their task efficiency. Google generation is currently one of the most popular buzzwords in the media. The organizations will see greater diversity in their workforce with the people of the 3 generations that is Gen-X, Gen-Y and Gen-Z working together under the one roof hence the workforce variety will play a noteworthy role in the progress of in India.

Music becomes our companion in distress. Music heals the heart. Music can change your mood and can rejuvenate you. Music is an integral part of our lives. It begins right from our birth. The heart beats in a rhythm. Even our breathing pattern follows a rhythm. Nature is full of music. Indian classical music therapy is a complementary therapy that promotes the inbuilt natural healing process. This music produces beneficial effects and is physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually uplifting. It can be effective by itself and also can be applied as an adjuvant therapy from our ancestors who were spiritually evolved and had realized essential harmony between the human being and nature. This paper will discuss that although music therapy has become an essential part of our lives but music therapy especially Indian Music Therapy also evolves spiritual aspect which is not being discussed as it should be. Raag chikitsa and its healing power will be discussed in this paper

DESIGN: Retrospective randomized controlled trial. SETTING: obstetrics and gynaecology department ,GGG hospital , Jamnagar POPULATION: Thirty women treated with methotrexate therapy for unruptured tubal ectopic pregnancy. METHODS: 20 received a single dose and 10 received a four dose methotrexate regimen. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Success rate of methotrexate therapy (women successfully treated with one injection and women who completed four doses). RESULTS: In the single dose group, treatment was considered successful in 16 women (80%), whereas in the four dose group, 9 women (90%) responded to treatment . In the single dose group 4 women (20%) experienced side-effects compared to 3 (30%) of those who had four doses . CONCLUSION: A result of four dose methotrexate regimen and single dose methotrexate regime was comparable. If we compare side effects , four dose regimen has more side effects .

An attempt was made to compare the sericulture farming in two villages, TKN puthur and Ponnapuram in Palani taluk, Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu, India. The study was carried out in summer and winter seasons. Farmers who were regular in the practice of Bivoltine Silkworm rearing were randomly selected and data were collected from 5 sericulture farms in each village by using structured schedule through personal interview method Our study was aimed to study the growth and Management of Bivoltine Silkworm (Bombyx Mori) fed with V1 mulberry variety in two different seasons. The present study observation reported that winter season producedore quantity of cocoons compared to other seasons.

: For power quality improvement various devices are used. But we use UPQC to get accurate power quality. UPQC is best device to compensate both load and source side problem but to control this UPQC various control strategies are used. Various control strategies for nine switch UPQC are presented in this paper. And these control strategies have capability to mitigate voltage unbalanced related problems also this mitigate current harmonics. Most of the control strategies are easy for calculation but most of are difficult for calculation here we discuss all this easy and difficult control methods.

In this paper, I consider the class of continuous distributions, belonging to the symmetric location-scale family {F[(x-?)/?],-?<?< ?,?>0}, with Pearson's measure of kurtosis ?_2=3. The study uses a subclass of symmetric mesokurtic distributions based on the Edgeworth expansions to the probability density function (p.d.f.) based on the first six moments. This paper derives the distributions of order statistics from such a family of distributions. Moreover, based on a sample of size n, the distribution of minimum, maximum and the form of their moments are also derived. The class of distributions considered here can be used as an alternative to the normal error in linear models and robustness studies

Posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a prevalent disorder worldwide. Yoga is a mind-body intervention which is used as an alternative therapy for PTSD. This brief review discusses five randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the use of yoga for PTSD. These studies included participants from different countries including veterans, active duty military personnel as well as normal adults with both genders. A promising evidence of the role of yoga as a therapy to alleviate the symptoms of PTSD is present in the studies reviewed, though further research is needed to state this conclusively.

Studies on the taxonomy of deep-sea foraminifera from the Bay of Bengal are relatively limited compared to other environments such as the littoral zone and continental shelf. The present study reports the systematic paleontology of some rarely recorded benthic foraminiferal species identified from a 6.18 m long deep-sea retrieved from the Bay of Bengal at a water depth of 2,591 m. Most of the taxa reported here are illustrated by SEM photographs and their ecology, distribution and bathymetry were discussed based on previous literature. To our knowledge, Martinottiella omnia Saidova 1975 is recorded for the first time from Indian waters.

In the developing countries like India the safety issue are very least for pedestrians, which is the most vulnerable road user in urban transportation system. The present study is conducted to measure the effect of pedestrian crossing at non signalized mid-block location in mix traffic condition at city Indore Madhya Pradesh. The impact of pedestrian crossing on capacity and level of service of urban road, at designated or un-designated location at mid-block section is not present in the HCM nor in the IRC guidelines. Pedestrians crosses the road to save their time at undesignated section of the road which undesirably affects the movement of traffic. in the present study three mid-block location is selected in the city and traffic survey are done at base section i.e. where no pedestrian cross flow occurs and at friction section where pedestrian cross flow occurs. The speed-volume data are calculated from field survey data for finding out the capacity of base and friction section. Then the basic model equation was generated for different class of vehicle at all selected mid-block location, also the mathematical relationship was developed showing the drop in capacity due to pedestrian cross flow. From the result it can be concluded that there is clear drop found in the mean speed of the vehicle, increase in the density and reduction in the traffic flow with the pedestrian crossing condition. Additionally, the pedestrian crossing facilities are recommended based on the traffic and flow analysis result outcome.
