Design, fabrication and applications of nanostructures and nanomaterials fall under the realm of nanotechnology and it is strong future requirement of the society. Synthesis and characterization of one-dimensional nanostructures have attracted attention primarily due to their potential myriad applications in different fields including electronics, magnetic, and optical devices. Among the various techniques used in the fabrication of one-dimensional structure, the template synthesis is an elegant, versatile and economic method. Highly ordered CdS nanowires each having 200 nm diameters were synthesised into the pores of anodic alumina membrane (AAM) template by using direct chemical deposition method. The nanowires were deposited using cadmium sulphate as Cd2+ ion source and sodium sulphide S2- ion source . The nanowires were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and x-ray diffraction (XRD) to see surface morphology and crystal structure respectively. The as- deposited CdS nanowires embedded in anodic alumina membrane (AAM) are having cubic structure. The embedded nanowires were annealed in air at 673 K for 5 h and effect of annealing on crystal structure studied. It has been found that the crystal structure gets changed from cubic phase to hexagonal phase on annealing.

The yellow metal is all time favorite for everyone from the history to till date. Most of the exchange of commodities will happen through this yellow metal or gold. Any country economics is evaluated by the gold available in the reserve bank and even the common man keeps the gold as security purpose and uses as a ornament. The high demand of gold across the global made the gold rate changes very frequently. To invest in the gold the common man or any organizations need to check for its low value and then invest. The predication of gold rate depends on various attribute. This review paper gives a peek into the various predication methods its advantages and limitations which can be used by any one before investing. The data science and machine learning approaches to anticipate the price of gold. We review historical gold price data and create and assess forecasting models using this data. We examine the information to find significant patterns and correlations that can be utilized to forecast gold prices in the future. We assess different machine learning models' reliability and accuracy in predicting gold prices. We outline the findings of our model evaluation and go over the implications for predicting gold prices. Finally, we evaluate our study's shortcomings and make suggestions for further research.

Abstract: In this paper, the data will be analyzed and discussed through literature survey, combined with the questionnaire and interview of all primary school teachers in Shuangyi. In order to get the problems and solutions of rural primary school teachers' motivation at a certain level. This paper discusses the two factor theory, Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, etc., and makes a preliminary study on the evaluation of the incentive policy for rural primary school teachers in the study area, the extent of the implementation of the incentive policy, the challenges encountered, and the solutions to the problems. after analysis, the corresponding plans are proposed mainly from the aspects of the implementation of incentive policies, increasing salaries, increasing allowances for working primary school teachers in remote areas, strengthening teacher training, optimizing career planning channels, etc., so as to improve the work enthusiasm of rural primary school teachers and improve teaching quality.

Advancement in technology has led to the sequencing of a vast number of genomic data. The genome sequencing process has gone through three main generations, and each generation improves tremendously on its predecessor. Quite recently, the human genome has also been successfully sequenced. Varied sequencing platforms have emanated through this technological advancement. Each platform uses a different sequencing procedure. This has led to the introduction of errors into sequenced data. These errors compromise the quality of the sequenced data and any inferences made about them. Many efforts and techniques have been used to try and correct sequencing errors. The problem persists mainly because either the action or approach is too complex to execute, thus requiring a high level of computational resources. We identified the error correction process as a pattern recognition problem and proposed a classification (machine learning) approach to solving the sequencing error correction problem. This involves using a deep convolutional neural network that is gentle on computational resources and very fast at correcting insertion and deletion errors. Our system is tested using the genome data NA12878, which was obtained from the NCBI, and it achieved 99.5% classification accuracy
