In a period that is apparently soaked with state sanctioned trial of all tints and stripes, it is anything but difficult to fail to remember that evaluations not just measure the execution of understudies, yet additionally unite and upgrade their learning. Evaluation for learning is best clarified as a cycle by which the appraisal data can be utilized by educators to change their instructing systems while understudies change and modify their learning draws near. Successfully executed, developmental evaluations can change over homeroom culture to one that resounds with the victory of learning. In this paper, we present 10 proverbs that show ways that developmental appraisals can be better comprehended, acknowledged, and actualized.

Due to increased customer demand and global competition, on time delivery with quality for the Indian apparel manufacturer has become important. In RMG industries, lead time is decreasing day by day. In order to reduce wastage of time, resources and money, lean tools are implemented. Lean tools are simple and do not require a lot of investment for good results. There is limited study on implementation of lean manufacturing system in garment industry. The primary focus of the study is on the implementation of one of the lean tools, viz. Kanban Management System, in a shirt manufacturing unit. The production reports and production flow was analysed to understand the root cause of the problem. After indication, improvement proposal is given to the industry from which the productivity as well as line efficiency has compared before and after applying the techniques. The report is then analysed after the time duration of three months. Also the positive change in the working environment due to implementation is analysed.

Abstract The purpose of the study was to compare Heart Rate, Vital Capacity, Respiratory Rate, Total Body Weight, Body fat and Lean body mass among the different age groups of 8 to 9 years, 10 to 11 years and 12 to 14 years. Total 90 students; 30 from each group were selected from H.V.P.Ms Ashram shala using Simple Random Sampling Method. Finding revealed that there were significant differences in selected variables among the three different age groups of students as Resting Heart Rate ( F = 46.50), Respiratory Rate ( F = 100.00), Vital Capacity (F = 377.2), Body Fat Weight (F= 60.09) and Lean Body Weight (32.7) were much higher than the required value for F ratio to be significant 0.05 level with ( 2 and 89) degrees of freedom.

Abstract: Early research and academic discourse focused on defining mLearning as a new emerging discipline. In recent years many projects assisted in the maturation of mLearning and much has already been done to integrate mLearning into mainstream education. However, mLearning is still in its infancy and we are merely seeing the tip of the iceberg. This paper was focusing attitudes of different category lecturers of Teacher Training Institutes (like D.Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil. or Ph.D. Course running institutions) towards mobile learning. The samples were selected on the basis of simple random sampling procedure. Maximum lectures have expressed positive attitude towards statements of the tools representing different aspects of Mobile learning. SPSS software was used for the analysis of the data.

In the Indian social order dalits had not sanctioned any rights on the cultivation of intelligence and acquiring knowledge. This situation has changed after the coming of Christian Missionaries in to our society. Activities of Christian missionaries had brought positive change in the social and spiritual life of dalits. They are providing free education to all caste childrens including dalits. Perhaps it was in the missionaries schools children of all sections got opportunity to get education. Yet Christian missionary schools inclusive policy faced difficulties. Some Hindu caste people have withdrew their childrens from the missionary schools when children of untouchables began to enter in. This has led to the creation of special schools for dalits childrens. This article discussed on which other agencies, such government and nongovernment organizations work in involved in creating special schools apart from the Christian missionaries.
