: Power of speech is a blessing to human beings. It is an amazing pleasure to listen to peoples speech. Freedom of Expression has always been given utmost importance as a special right for the democratic, economic functioning of a society thereby enabling for good governance. Media plays a vital role in part of each and every human life and this paper aims at discussing about the role of media in Good governance. Media plays a significant role by providing information to the citizens about the evils related to social and economic conditions of life. It is a known fact that citizens cannot personally gather and collect all informations to form his/her opinion. Access to internet and mobile phones is rising rapidly, not least in fragile states, but radio and TV remain the key sources of information for most people. Over the last couple of decades powerful changes in media markets have had a substantial impact on patterns of information, communication and governance: the number of media stations has rapidly increased. Political, religious, ethnic or other factional actors have stepped in, supporting media outlets to promote their agendas. Media serves as a medium of exercise of freedom of speech; hence it is rightly regarded as a fourth estate. Owing to the fact that Media plays a vital role in todays society, this paper shall focus on the role of media in our democratic system of governance.

Pollution threat created by textile industries in India is becoming a major ecological concern. The waste generated by textile units is in form of post producer and post consumer. Post producer waste is produced during the manufacturing stage and dumped at landfill sites in large amount at the outskirts of cities. Usually this waste is seen as fiber, yarn, fabric and garment leftovers. As per environmental concern this waste can be managed by reduce, recycle, reuse and restore. To overcome the pollution created by these units a small research was carried out. Yarn waste was collected from textile units of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The waste was segregated and mixed with potters clay as dough or sandwich layer and small pots were made by hand. Later on cooling effect and tensile strength was studied respectively in experiment.

Abstract The concept of ?ood is formulated with regard to human health and environmental impacts. flood that occurred at the end of that year. Heavy rains fell beginning vast flooding in most areas of Kerala , Karnataka to great destruction of livelihood of local societies. Natural hazard such as floods are not only caused by ordinary progressions but also by social activities. The flood recorded severe fatalities, injuries and exposed many susceptible to diseases. This paper study through considered the long-term impact of floods on humans health as the special effects could meaningfully contribute to the universal burden of disease. Also, its outcomes are persistent hence need to be adequately realized and addressed through environmental. This study revealed susceptibility to flood tending disorders as spiritual suffering in the fighters is liable for a quota of all physical diseases.

The automobile industry is one of the leading and largest industries in the world today. During the last decade, well-directed efforts have been made to provide phase lift to the automobile policy for realizing the sectors full prospective for the economy. Buyer behaviour occupies a pivotal place in marketing research. Enormous factors, including both internal and external to buyer, seem to extract an effective and efficient influence on the purchasing decisions of the buyer. An attempt is made in this present piece of research to find out the importance of peers on the buying behaviour of Two-wheelers with reference to buyers residing in and around Coimbatore city. Using purposive sampling technique 85 Two-wheeler buyers were identified and included as sample for the study. Peer Influence on Purchase Decision Making questionnaire developed by Clement.S. & Venkatapathy. R (2002) has been used to collect the data. Based on scope of the study initially the descriptive statistics was worked out and then F-test and Turkeys test were used to analyse the data in this study. The findings reveal a positive trend on the influence of peers on the decision making of the purchases.

A thiocarbohydrazide Schiff based N''-[2-(hydroxyimino)-1,2-diphenylethylidene]-N'''-[(E)-(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene] thiocarbohydrazide prepared by condensing 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and benzilmonoximethiocarbohydrazide. Its Cu(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) complexes are synthesized and characterized on the basis of physical characteristics, elemental analyses PMR, FT(IR) spectrum and electronic absorption spectrum data. The spectrum data suggest coordination of Schiff base ligand with metal through nitrogen atoms of azomethine and oximino groups. On the basis of spectral and magnetic moments data suggests that Cu(II) complex is distorted octahedral and Zn(II), Cd(II) and Hg(II) are tetrahedral geometries

Natural Killer cells (NK Cells) act as the first line of defense against viral propagation. Being key players of innate immunity, they help in controlling viral propagation. In the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic scenario,Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus2 [SARS COV-2] is known to infect humans. Following infection, viral replication machinery in order to maintain functional integrity, tweaks the host immune system in its favor. Even though the molecular tinkering might not completely render the virus immune-proof to the host immune system, but buys time to allow its multiplication and spread. SARS-COV-2 infected patients develop severe and uncontrolled immune response. This is associated with increase in several cytokines and migration of immune cells to the affected area. NK Cells of innate immunity are known to be attracted towards and kill an infected cell without much antigenic specificity.SARS COV2 evades first line-of-defense by inactivating NK Cells. The Spike Protein1 (SP-1) on the virus when presented by HLA-E, interacts with the inhibitory receptor CD94/NKG2A on NK cells to inactivate it, preventing destruction of the infected cells. Crosstalk between innate and adaptive immunity is also prevented as active NK cell stimulates TH1 (T-helper 1) cells expansion via induction of IL-12 by macrophage. Therapeutic intervention with NK cells in hyper-activated inflammatory COVID patient might be a significant strategy. The CD94/NKG2A receptor [C type lectin receptor that recognize carbohydrate moiety] can be used as a plausible target for carbohydrate moieties(of the virus) ,thereby preventing interaction with HLA-E and thus switching off inhibitory signals. Antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity may also be a probable way. In this case, mAb(monoclonal antibodies) designed against SP1 protein can be produced; Fab of the mAb region binds to displayed SP-1 peptide by HLA-E ,and Fc region of the mAb binds to CD16A on NK cells and destroy the infected cell.
