Abstract Prickly Water Lily or Gorgon Plant, is a floating plant with large (4 to 5 feet across), round, deeply veined, flat leaves. The leaves are "quilted" and have thorns on the surface as well as on the royal purple reverse. The day blooming cup-shaped flowers usually open under water but on rare occasions open above water. They are deep violet with an outer row of white petals. Sharp spines cover the surface of the sepals and stems and also both sides of the leaves. Tender seeds are edible and considered a delicacy in Manipur when added to mash boiled vegetables, called eromba. In north India, seeds are often roasted or fried, which causes them to pop like popcorn. These are then eaten, often with a sprinkling of oil and spices

Today, the increasing growth of Information Technology and its significant impact on increasing productivity of public and private organisations worldwide, as well as the global movement to use different types of information systems, namely management information systems (MIS), have caused India to follow suit. Information of the people and departments needed to operate organisations effectively and efficiently is provided by the management information system. It involves five main resources: personnel, physical equipment, digital software, data, and processes. A study of the challenges encountered throughout the design process, creation, operation, and evolution of management information systems in a nation may be quite useful in the decision-making processes of both public and private sector companies. This is a conceptual paper that tries to several elements of management information system, beginning with their history, workings, opportunities, and challenges in business. As a result, MIS administrators adopt a holistic approach to MIS and priorities issues affecting the entire firm over those affecting primarily the MIS department.

Thin-walled cold-formed steel (CFS) members are composed of stiffened, partially stiffened, or unstiffened elements. Cold-formed sections have widespread use in the building industries. They are used where the loads are not large and thus where light members will suffice, achieving substantial economics. In addition, they are easily fabricated into a great variety of shapes, and may be formed in sheet metal shops which are widely available. Cold-formed thin-walled steel beams may undergo buckling modes such as local buckling, distortional buckling lateral-torsional buckling or a combination of these before failure. It is necessary to investigate the behavior of cold formed steel members under buckling. The buckling behavior of various available sections and also that of new sections can be analyzed using softwares and compared with experimental results. Direct strength method also can be studied to calculate the capacity of CFS sections, and also to compare the accuracy. The study of CFS beams can be extended to CFS buildings, which also has better lateral load carrying capacity.

The oral thin-film technology is still in the beginning stages and but most popular because it fulfils all the need of patients. In due course, these formulations having APIs will be commercially launched using the oral film technology. These can be prepared using hydrophilic polymers that rapidly dissolves on the tongue or buccal cavity, delivering the drug to the systemic circulation via dissolution when contact with liquid is made. Water-soluble polymers are used as film formers for fast dissolving films. It seems that the value on the whole oral thin film market will grow significantly. The film has the ability to dissolve rapidly without the need for water provides an alternative to the patients receiving swallowing disorder patient suffering from nausea headache etc. Oral thin films (OTFs) are the most advanced and promising new approaches for drug delivery as it offers more flexibility and comfort. These enable an ease of administration, as there is no need to drink high amounts of liquids or swallow large solid dosage forms Also it improves the efficacy of APIs by dissolving within minute in oral cavity after the contact with less saliva as compared to fast dissolving tablets, without chewing and no need of water for administration. OTF offers an alternative to tablets, syrups or suppositories for treatment of vomiting and nausea, especially for the pediatric population.

India largely depend on coals based thermal power, but now world is moving toward renewable energy as coal extinction and over exploitation. Solar energy has the maximum potential to be exploited to the maximum level to full fill the energy demands of the world. The Sun has been worshiped as a life-giver to our planet. About 5,000 trillion kWh energy/year is over India's land area with most parts receiving 4-7 kWh per sq. m/day. Solar energy has become a leading solution to meet the increasing energy demand of growing populations. Solar photovoltaic (PV) technology is an efficient option to generate electricity from solar energy and mitigate climate change. The development and growth of solar photovoltaics has had a positive impact on energy system decarbonization, but end-of-life solar panels might become toxic waste, if not properly disposed. Presently in India, approx. 200,000 tons of solar photovoltaic (PV) waste are expected to be produced by 2030 and 1.8 million tons by 2050 by which time solar waste could grow to 60 million tons globally (Rathore et al, 2022). Solar waste recently included in the category of electrical and electronic equipment waste to restrict the negative impact of continual development. The present focus is only on increasing the efficiency of solar PV panels without considering the impact of waste on the environment. The solar waste management and recovery of components from waste, would prevent the leaching of various toxic elements into the environment. PV module recycling is a multistep process involving dismantling, delamination, and metal recovery. Several techniques are available to recover the intrinsic components in the PV modules, like chemical delamination, yield undamaged solar cells, which could be reused directly or with refurbishing. Mechanical and combustion delamination, on the contrary, yields damaged solar cells that are treated electrochemically or metallurgically to recover the metals. There is a need to critically investigate & manage the disposal and recycling of solar panels waste in a scientific manner to minimize the negative environmental impacts. This paper addresses handling and recycling of solar waste, which will be present in large quantities after 25 years and explain multiple adopted technologies to recycle solar waste and technological advancement achieved while recycling photovoltaic waste.

This paper is intended to study and develop a custom trained machine learning model which can detect potholes on road in real-time. Potholes and Road Craters are one of the key contributors of the numbers of accidents take place each year. A comparison for selection of object detection algorithm has been done in this paper. The proposed solution uses You Only Look Once (YOLO) version 7 object detection algorithm to train and be able to detect potholes and road craters. After training the model with the custom dataset, the model has achieved a precision of 0.94, recall value of 0.98. The mAP of the proposed solution 94.76%. The solution is able to detect potholes in both daylit and low-light real-time scenarios.

Abstract Background Dengue virus single-stranded positive polarity ribonucleic acid RNA viruses of the family Flaviviridae are the most common cause of arboviral disease transmitted by the Aedes mosquito. We report a clinical epidemiological study of the dengue fever outbreak in 2022 from Noida hospitals in north India. Objective The study objective is to know the incidence of laboratory-confirmed cases among the suspected patients in the hospitals in Noida. Dengue is also observed in different ages. Material and method Was concerned with district hospital Gautam Buddha Nagar where 3,973 just have been conducted this year to check samples thank you of which 251 have been reported positive packet cases of dengue infection subjected to new capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detection of dengue virus-specific IgM antibody.1 Result Out of 3,973 tests have been reported positive dengue virus specific IgM antibodies year 2022 dengue cases as the study has been done in the month of July to December 2022.A slite spike has been seen this year as compared to the last 10 years. Conclusion It is a common health problem in India with stereo prevalence. The study examined in the present suggests that the effort of mobilized community members is essential for the sustainability of vector control methods and the generalizability of proven methods is recommended for the research.
