Double jeopardy is a procedural defense in jurisprudence that prevents an accused person from being tried again on the same (or similar) charges following an acquittal or conviction and, in rare instances, prosecutorial and/or judge misconduct in the same jurisdiction. This defense is primarily used in common law jurisdictions1.

Abstract: Cauchy Problem for Fuzzy differential Equations defined by O. Kaleva [10] .In this article, we study one step method numerical solution of fermatean fuzzy differential equations with initial value problem. This new numerical method is used for finding the numerical solution of the cubic membership functions problems. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method is illustrated by solving suitable example in fermatean fuzzy initial value problem.

This paper provides an overview of electrocoagulation process when introduced in drinking water treatment plant working. The literature review shows that presently electrocoagulation process is followed to recycle domestic waste water, sewerage water, industrial waste water etc. Research study is carried out herein, to investigate the advantages of electrocoagulation method if used in water treatment process. Water samples after conventional water treatment process and electrocoagulation process are collected to conduct laboratory test and compare their water quality standards. The objective of proposed study is to develop economical water distribution system with water qualitative uses such as: i) Standard drinking water quality as per norms set by WHO. ii) Substandard water quality for following uses: a) Domestic Uses: Carwash, Sanitary and floor clearing, Kitchen-garden maintenance etc. b) Watering the agricultural fields c) Industrial uses- Producing manure, detergents, heavy water Heavy water is made by the prolonged electrolysis of water containing alkali. It is used as a neutron moderator in different types of nuclear reactors. It is also used in various laboratories and factories.

Abstract: People started turning to herbal treatments recently because of its numerous advantages.Even if the majority of these applications for herbal formulations are ortho doxy, it is a known fact that 80% of the world's population relies on herbal medicines and products for a healthy lifestyle.Due to the increased usage of herbal goods, there have also been an increase in product abuse and adulteration, which has resulted in flaws for both customers and manufacturers and, in some cases, fatal consequences.Scientists face a significant problem in evaluating reliable analytical techniques that can quantitatively analyse marker/bioactive chemicals and other important ingredients and reliably profile the phytochemical makeupFor the manufacture and manufacturing of herbal medications, standardisation is a crucial step in establishing an uniform biological activity, consistent chemical profile, or even just a QualityAssurance programme. The numerous convectional approaches and more recent advancements are covered in the current review article. Recent developments have been noted in areas such as DNA fingerprinting, metabolomics, differential pulse polarography, chemometrics, X-ray diffraction, etc. Contributions of chromatographic and capillary electrophoresis techniques to the standardisation of herbal medicines are also reported

Emergency logistics distribution is especially critical in the face of frequent public emergencies. As such, the model of coordinated delivery of vehicles and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) is becoming increasingly important due to the unique advantages of UAVs. However, the omission of start-up costs means the cost of UAV battery replacement and the sorting, assembly and verification of packages are not included in the total cost. Additionally, most existing models are focused on route optimization and delivery cost, which cannot accurately reflect customer demand for service satisfaction in emergencies. To address this, it is necessary to convert the unsatisfactory degree of time window into a penalty cost rather than a model constraint. Furthermore, there is a lack of analysis on the mutual waiting cost between vehicles and UAVs when one of them is performing delivery tasks. With this in mind, this paper proposes a collaborative delivery path optimization model for vehicles and UAVs to minimize the total distribution cost. This model is 20% cheaper than the vehicle-only delivery model and 25% less costly than the UAV-only delivery model. Though its delivery price is slightly higher than the vehicle-UAV collaborative delivery model, the reduction in start-up and penalty costs bring the overall cost of distribution down by 10%. This indicates that to save money and use fewer resources, the vehicle-UAV collaborative delivery model is the better option for emergency distribution. Additionally, this model which takes into account start-up, penalty and waiting costs can better express the necessity for timely UAV delivery in emergency circumstances.

The Government of India has launched many poverty alleviation and employment programs, especially for rural people. But due to several shortcomings observed in the wage employment programs it did not live up to the expectations of the people in addressing the problem of unemployment and poverty eradication. The present study is to study the migration status before and after the implementation of the MGNREGA program and to examine the impact of the MGNREGA programme on the migration of respondents from rural to urban areas in the study area. The study shows that the number of migrants after the implementation of the MGNREGA was reduced as compared to before the implementation of the program. It means that MGNREGA has a significant impact on alleviating rural poverty by enhancing livelihood security. In this context, there is a need for more effective implementation of the scheme.

Perhaps in the Kali Yuga there is a lot of clamor for the devotees of God or even to have direct contact with man. But perhaps in the Krita, Tetra and Dwapara eras man did not have this problem or lack of direct contact with God. Because of this, man has deprived himself of God's presence or God's devotion or patience in the middle of learning. Although God has no body, eyes, nose, ears, and mouth, God has eyes, ears, nose, mouth, and body according to circumstances. However, the divine power that God had in the Krita, Tetra and Dwapara Yugas has diminished since Kali's rule. The rule of learning is the excessive technicality and intellect of a man. It is very difficult for man to learn destruction without excessive technology and intellect. It is very difficult for him to get in touch with God.
