The kind of novel herbal formulations such as polymeric nanoparticles, nanocapsules, liposomes, phytosomes, animations, microsphere, transfersomes, and ethosomes has been reported using proactive and plant selections. The novel formulations are described to have remarkable advantages over conventional formulations of plant actives and extracts which include enhancement of solubility, bioavailability, and protection from toxicity, enhancement of pharmacological activity, enhancement of stability, improved tissue macrophages distribution, sustained delivery, and protection from physical and chemical degradation. Phytosome is a patented technology developed by a leading maker of drugs and nutraceuticals, to incorporate standardized plant extracts or water?soluble phytoconstituents into phospholipids to produce lipid?compatible molecular complexes. The herbal drugs can be used in a more upright course with enhanced efficacy by incorporating them into moderndosage forms. This can be accomplished by designing novel drug delivery systems for herbal ingredients. The present review highlights the current condition of the development of novel herbal formulations and summarizes their type of active components, biological activity, and applications of novel formulations.

As the growth of population is the main problem faced by world, demand for construction of houses is increased day by day and demand for concrete also increased. In concrete coarse aggregate is used, which adds weight to the concrete. To reduce that weight steel slag is used in the place of coarse aggregate cement is used as a binding material which is responsible for environmental pollution. To reduce that pollution zinc stearate is used in the place of cement varying of strength with different propositions of zinc stearate is studies. By using 100% steel slag replaced with coarse aggregate decreased weight of 19% and zinc stearate is replaced with cement 1%,2%,3%,4%,5% decreased with of 19.3%,19.2%,19.1%, 19%,18.9%.

This study examines the social changing patterns in the Gaddis tribal inhabited region of Kangra and Chamba districts in Himachal Pradesh, India. The Gaddis are a semi-nomadic tribe known for their pastoral and agro-pastoral livelihoods. The study focuses on the changing trends in the social traditional way of life of the Gaddis, including changes in social lifestyle. In this study, the secondary data had been used primarily and there are three indicators were used to generate the social transformation index, namely: Non-agricultural workers, female literacy and Overall literacy of the study area. Over the past 40 years, there has been a discernible shift in the social makeup of the Gaddi-inhabited region. There are many signs of this transformation, including doubling of population densities, population growth, and the separation of joint households into nuclear households, an increase in literacy rates, trends toward emigration, particularly from the core areas, and a change in the industrial composition of the workforce from agrarian to the tertiary sector. Overall, the study provides insights into the dynamics of social change in a tribal-inhabited region and the role of various actors in shaping the trajectory of development.

Revolution is the important factor for the 21st century that provides numerous obstacles and huge demand on everyday life, work and society. Political, economic, social, and technical settings are rapidly changing. Many reforms were also made in the education sector. Teachers are the most potent agents of change in schools and universities. Professional development programmes required some improvements for effective teaching tactics that engage students in meaningful, academically difficult work. Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) changes all elements of education. The internet's introduction as a means of information access and delivery, as well as the World Wide Web's phenomenal expansion, have changed.

This study aims to investigate and analyze the influence of in-store shopping experience towards revisiting intention through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted by collecting the data of 155 customers of a supermarket by using questionnaires and being analyzed using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that in-store shopping experience, which is depicted by merchandise value, internal shop environment, interaction with staff, merchandise variety, presence and interaction with other customers, and in-store emotions have strong and positive simultaneous influence towards customer satisfaction. It is also can be found out that customer satisfaction has strong and positive relationship to revisiting intention. However, merchandise value, internal shop environment, interaction with staff, merchandise variety, and in-store emotions turn out to have strong and positive partial relationship with customer satisfaction, that leads to mediate the influence to revisiting intention.

Football is not only the world's most popular game, but it is also a major business. Many clubs generate significant income by nurturing young players and then selling them to larger clubs at higher prices. Player transfers can significantly impact a club's chances of success, and market values are an important factor in transfer negotiations. This project aims to analyze data to identify the most important factors that determine a player's market value and build a model to predict that value. This model can be used by club managers to assist in negotiations with players..

National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) has been introduced in India in 2021. A lot of changes have been proposed in all levels of primary, secondary and college and university education system. The success of the policy depends on the way the stakeholders take it to the end users. NAAC plays an important role in assessing and accrediting higher education institutes. It also guides IQACs for improvements. IQACs work at institutional level for proper implementation of policy. This paper discusses how IQAC can play a constructive role in proper implementation of NEP 2020 in HEIs in India.
