 Abstract

E -commerce is now seen as a reality and a normal part of business plan. Companies planning to offer e -commerce should have long term vision and an objective to transform it to e- business which provide business value to shareholders. This paper throws light on the role of e- commerce in small business and recommend effective strategies for the implementation of e- commerce. When e -commerce strategies are used it improves customer service and interaction. Branding as it is more important it can make our brand more aware and popular. We can compete with bigger rivals and survive in the market. Future of e -commerce is tremendous as new players are entering into market and the government is taking various steps to stimulate trading through e -commerce Due to the change in life style and busy schedule people are reluctant to go for shopping. Instead, they can sit in homes and can get variety of products and services. Therefore, e-commerce is striving its way to success and the only way is that the business has to open their heart to e-customers to our business

 Abstract

Emotional maturity is a crucial aspect of adolescent development, especially during secondary school years when students experience rapid physical, psychological, and social changes. It refers to the ability of individuals to understand, regulate, and express emotions in a balanced and appropriate manner. The present article explores the concept of emotional maturity among secondary school students, its dimensions, influencing factors, and its relationship with academic achievement and behavior. The present investigation was to assess the Emotional Maturity among Secondary School Students.

 Abstract

Children are the most vulnerable section of our society. Their rights are being violated in many ways. Almost in every society the world has witnessed the violation of the rights of the children. The children are very much vulnerable to exploitation. Child labour is one of the ugliest manifestations of the violation of the rights of the children. They are being treated as commodity that can be bought and sold. Extreme poverty is one of the cognizable reasons for this menace. Children are engaged in work in hazardous conditions as they are unable to protest against the same and they continue to work till their employer needs them to work. They are subjected to receive less wages and sometimes beaten up by their employer for not conforming to the assigned norms for them. This inhuman practice does not prevalent in the third world countries alone but the rich first world countries are also facing the menace. International Labour Organization (ILO) since its inception has been working as the saviour of the rights of the children. Our constitution guarantees certain rights to our children so that their rights can be protected and promoted. The children are the assets of the nation and as such their rights should every way be protected and the violation of the same should lead to severe punishment by the law of the land.

 Abstract

The United Nations UN was created in 1945 in order to become the major instrument of international governance, with the responsibility to maintain international peace and security, promote human rights, economic and social development. Its continued relevance, especially during the time frame of 2004-2014, has been subjected to verdicts, which have invited a lot of scholarly attention due to the emergence and changes in global challenges. Thus, the current research highlights the role, successes, and shortcomings of the UN over the post-Cold War period and focuses specifically on its performance in facing the challenges of conflicts, humanitarian crisis, climate change and sustainable development. The organization has certainly done tremendous work in terms of peacekeeping, human right enhancement, economic-development programs, but with this has come repeated criticism of its inefficiencies, Security-Council stalemates and the growing ascendancy of the role of regional organizations. In an attempt to clarify such dynamics, the paper critically examines some of the UN operations and their results whether successful or unsuccessful interventions. It then proceeds to look at the difficulties of UN reform, the biggest being enlargement of the Security Council and the concomitant emergence of new world powers. Finally, the paper provides some thoughts on the future ability of the organization to adapt to the changing geopolitical realities and stay a successful arena of multilateral cooperation.

 Abstract

Training deep neural networks becomes increasingly challenging as their depth grows. To address this, we introduce a residual learning framework that simplifies the training of networks significantly deeper than those traditionally used. Rather than having each layer learn a direct mapping, we reformulate the layers to learn residual functions--essentially focusing on the difference from the input, which eases optimization. Our experiments provide strong evidence that these residual networks (ResNets) are easier to train and benefit from increased depth. On the ImageNet dataset, we tested ResNets with up to 152 layers, which is eight times deeper than VGG networks [41], yet they remain less complex in terms of computation. An ensemble of these deep ResNets achieved a 3.57% error rate, securing first place in the ILSVRC 2015 classification task. We also analyzed performance on CIFAR-10, experimenting with networks up to 100 and 1000 layers deep. Our findings show that deeper representations are crucial for visual recognition tasks. Thanks to the extreme depth of our models, we achieved a 28% relative improvement on the COCO object detection dataset. These deep residual networks were also key to our top-ranking entries in the ILSVRC and COCO 2015 competitions, winning first place in multiple tasks including ImageNet detection, ImageNet localization, COCO detection, and COCO segmentation.

 Abstract

The success of communication network has largely been a result of adopting a layered architecture. With this architecture, its design and implementation is divided into simpler modules that are separately designed and implemented and then interconnected. However, the layered structures in the existing networks are designed in layers, where protocols operate independently at each layer of the network stack. This approach provides flexibility with a modular design and standardization, but it may result in severe performance degradation when these protocols do not cooperate well. This is usually the case of wireless multihop networks, where noise and interference at lower layers affect the routing and congestion control performed at upper layers. Wireless links are unreliable and wireless nodes usually rely on random access mechanism to access wireless channel. Thus, the performance of link layer is not guaranteed, which will result in performance problems for the whole network. So, we need cross-layer design in order to improve the performance and achieve the capacity of wireless multihop networks. In this paper, we are using XPRESS, a cross-layer backpressure architecture designed to reach the capacity of wireless multihop networks. Instead of a collection of poorly coordinated wireless routers, XPRESS turns a mesh network into a wireless switch where packet routing and scheduling decisions are made by a backpressure scheduler. XPRESS is composed of a central controller, which performs backpressure scheduling based on the measured wireless network state, and also of the wireless nodes, which periodically provide the network measurements and execute the computed schedule using a cross-layer protocol stack. Transmissions over the network are scheduled using a throughput-optimal backpressure algorithm.

 Abstract

Agriculture is one of the most water-intensive industries, and efficient water management is crucial for sustainable farming. This project presents a Smart Irrigation System based on Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs), integrating Arduino Uno as the central microcontroller. The system employs a moisture sensor to monitor soil conditions, a DHT11 sensor to measure temperature and humidity, and a rain sensor to detect precipitation. Additionally, a wind sensor is used to assess wind speed, which can influence irrigation decisions. A 12V relay module controls the irrigation motor, and a GSM 800 module allows remote activation of the motor via SMS, enabling farmers to turn the irrigation system on or off from any location. The system also includes a temperature sensor to monitor environmental changes and a 16x2 LCD display to provide real-time status updates on sensor readings and motor operations. This automated irrigation system minimizes water wastage, optimizes irrigation schedules based on real-time environmental data, and reduces manual intervention. By leveraging IoT and WSN technologies, the proposed system contributes to precision agriculture, resource conservation, and improved crop yield.
