Ezetimibe is the first lipid-lowering drug that inhibits the intestinal absorption of dietary and biliary cholesterol without affecting the absorption of fat-soluble nutrients. After oral administration, ezetimibe is rapidly absorbed and extensively metabolized (>80%) to the pharmacologically active ezetimibe-glucuronide. Total ezetimibe (the sum of 'parent' ezetimibe plus ezetimibe-glucuronide) concentrations reach a maximum 1-2 hours after administration, followed by enterohepatic recycling and gradual elimination. The terminal half-life of ezetimibe and ezetimibe-glucuronide is approximately 22 hours. Consistent with the elimination half-life of ezetimibe, approximately 2-fold accumulation is observed after once-daily dosing. The recommended dose of ezetimibe 10 mg/day can be given in the morning or evening without regard to food.

Several studies have reported a changeover to cashless transactions over the pandemic period and the changes continue to move. There is no stable ground as of now for the usage and future of cashless transactions in India. Here we report the changes that have taken place in the medium of payment for various age groups, people of different educational qualifications etc. The universe for our study was the entire population of India and the population was an odd eighty people that we surveyed. Individuals ranging from 18 years to 65 years were eligible for participation in this survey and divided into school going, diploma/degree holders, postgraduates and other professionals for the analysis of the primary data collected. According to the analysis and interpretation, the usage has increased over the pandemic time and majority of people are ready to shift to cashless mode of payment completely after the pandemic is over, thus indicating a shift and a possible stable ground shortly. The COVID-19 crisis has not only made the shift to cashless transactions an easier option but also a safer option in terms of health. The gradual move towards digital payments is likely to be stepped up. The amount of government support and encouragement will also give a boost to the shift towards cashless transactions in the country.

Customer satisfaction is a complex and multifaceted concept that is influenced by a wide range of factors. In order to better understand and predict customer satisfaction, researchers have studied the impact of various factors on this phenomenon. With the development of internet, people became rapidly familiar with the e-commerce concepts and tend to shop online rather than personally visiting the stores. There have been significant number of researches to identify and use these factors to maximize customer satisfaction. Understanding these factors can help researchers and practitioners better predict and influence customer satisfaction in different market contexts. One such factor is perceived price fairness. The main aim of this paper is to determine the effect of perceived price fairness on customer satisfaction which apparently has an effect on customer loyalty. Data has been collected from multiple sources of evidence, including various websites, articles & journals to provide evidence on significant impact of price perception on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
