 Abstract

Marriage is known in Indian Culture as a ritual. Marriage is a sacrosanct union. It is also an important social institution. Marriages in India are between two families, rather two individuals, arranged marriages and dowry are customary. The society as well as the Indian legislation attempt to protect marriage. Indian society is predominantly patriarchal. There are stringent gender roles, with women having a passive role and husband an active dominating role. Marriage and motherhood are the primary status roles for women. When afflicted mental illness married women are discriminated against married men. In the setting of mental illness many of the social values take their ugly forms in the form of domestic violence, dowry harassment, abuse of dowry law, dowry death, separation, and divorce. Societal norms are powerful and often override the legislative provisions in real life situations. It is an unalterable husband-wife relationship formed by traditions and customs.? In the event of a broken marriage, there was no recourse to either party prior to 1955.

 Abstract

In this paper we will apply fuzzy goal programming (FGP) approach to solve a Multi-level Linear and Non Linear programming problem. The main advantage of the FGP approach presented here is that the computational load with re-evaluation of the problem again and again by re-defining the elicited membership values of the DMs for searching higher degree of satisfaction does not arise in the solution search process. The proposed approach can be extended to solve fuzzy multi-objective MLPPs. An extension of the approach for fuzzy multi-level decentralized is one of the current research problems. However, it is hoped that proposed approach can contribute to future study in the field of practical hierarchical decision making problems.

 Abstract

A piston is one of the most important parts of an internal combustion engine. This part supports the combustion pressure of the gas in the cylinder. They are generally made of cast iron, which can withstand pressure. Recently, aluminum alloy is used for weight reduction. Since the top surface of the piston needs to support the load, it is recommended to cover it with a coating material. Ceramic coatings are increasingly used for protection between various engine parts to increase wear resistance, reduce friction and improve heat shielding. In this work, the pistons were designed with the software CATIA. The complete design was imported into ANSYS software and analyzed. Thermal analysis of the piston was performed by choosing an aluminum alloy as the piston material and coating it with different coating materials such as silicon carbide, titanium carbide and magnesium zirconium to a thickness of 1 mm. It was observed that the temperature of the coated piston crown was higher than that of the uncoated piston, and that the temperature also increased with increasing coating thickness. Results were presented in tabular form and compared to find the most suitable design.
